The order is the agreement
Placing an order means you have read the price, the delivery, and the return terms shown at checkout. These are the rules that sit behind that summary. They were set out in October 2026.

The order
You confirm the pieces, the address, and the total on the checkout summary, including delivery and any tax that applies to the destination. The order is accepted when the payment clears. If it does not clear, nothing is shipped and the piece stays on the shelf.

The hair
A piece is sold as its page describes it: texture, length, and whether the colour was dyed. A straight length is measured stretched. A curly or kinky length is measured at rest, because those textures shorten when they are wet and then relax as they dry. Perseus Hairs photographs are of the piece, in our light.

Price and currency
The summary is in the currency you selected. If a charge has to be taken in US dollars instead, checkout says so before you pay. A code applies only on the terms printed with it. The welcome code is one use, for a first order, on full-price hair.

Delivery
Delivery follows the shipping page, and the method you choose is the one we use. If a parcel is lost, or it arrives damaged, write with the order number. We replace the piece or refund it. You do not have to chase the carrier.

Returns
The return page is part of these terms. The window starts when the order is marked delivered and runs for 30 days. The refund is the price of the pieces that come back, paid to the original method, after they arrive. The delivery charge is separate and is not refunded with them.

Your account
You are responsible for the password on an account you open. Guest checkout is allowed, and that order is not attached to an account unless you create one at checkout with the same email. A review is for a piece you received. We read it before it is published, and we can decline one that is not about the piece.

This site
The photographs, the product names, and the writing are PerseusHair’s. You may not copy the catalogue to stock another shop. You may share a product page, a review you wrote, and a wishlist link we give you.

What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the piece you paid for, arriving as described. We are not responsible for how it is cut, coloured, glued, or worn after it arrives, or for a result that depends on that. Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a piece is the amount you paid for it.

If the law where you live says more
A right you already have is not cancelled by a sentence on this page. If something here is stricter than that right, the right wins. Write to Perseus Hairs first and we will answer the order in front of us.
